Shame And Lice

Part of the lice treatment process is informing other parents with whom your child may have come in contact that your child has head lice. This may be an uncomfortable situation. You may feel ashamed to tell other parents that your child has lice. Remember that you are doing the responsible thing. It is not shameful to be honest. It IS shameful to send your child back to school and possibly infest other children.
