House CleaningTips during a Lice Infestation:
Use a damp cloth to wipe off: Leather and vinyl furniture · Seat backs in your car · Children’s car seats . Wash with soap and warm water:· Brushes · Combs · Hair accessories . You want to eliminate any head lice that me have beeen left behind.
Clean or wash any other items that come into contact with the head. For example;
Jackets, scarves, earmuffs, gloves, baseball caps, helmets, headphones etc.
Anything that can’t be cleaned safely should be bagged for 48 hours, for example stuffed animals.
